    Hi Dr. Piderit,
My name is Andrea Schwamb and I am a principal of a middle school in Massachusetts and a doctoral student at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I am currently editing the first three chapters of my proposal. I am examining inner contextual factors, developed by Dr. Szabla’s (2010) theoretical framework and the human reaction to change (beliefs, feelings and intentions) as teachers and leaders of schools are faced with the required, new evaluation process as a result of money granted from Race to the Top. I am seeking your permission to utilize the survey (1999) you created to measure these reactions. I tried to reach you through direct email, but was not able to find contact information on Facebook, Linked in. I really appreciate your consideration and look forward to your response.
    Sincerely,
    Andrea
